Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Alan Scott Enterprises Limited (\the Company\) has approved the appointment of Mr. Shailesh Haribhakti as the Group Chief Mentor to the Board of Directors of Alan Scott Enterprises Limited and its group companies for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 24 July 2026.
