The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 34.00 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 30.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.33 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.98 per cent at Rs 203.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 181.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 11.91 per cent to Rs 166.00 crore from Rs 148.34 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.32 per cent at Rs 13.00 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 13.73 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.33 per cent to Rs 37.00 crore as against Rs 32.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.33 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 38.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.00 crore, while Taxation increased by 3.21 per cent at Rs 9.00 crore (Jun'25 Rs 8.72 crore).
