The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.57 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 38.37 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 77.66 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.04 per cent at Rs 848.19 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 942.87 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.18 per cent to Rs 804.28 crore from Rs 857.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 97.84 per cent at Rs 27.52 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 13.91 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 48.70 per cent to Rs 43.91 crore as against Rs 85.59 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 42.95 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 61.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 25.77 crore, while Taxation decreased by 77.69 per cent at Rs 2.92 crore (Jun'25 Rs 13.09 crore).
