The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 38.62 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 21.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 83.47 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.65 per cent at Rs 221.59 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 163.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 29.95 per cent to Rs 169.72 crore from Rs 130.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 17.28 per cent at Rs 8.76 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 10.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 58.29 per cent to Rs 51.87 crore as against Rs 32.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.70 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 92.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.39 crore, while Taxation increased by 32.39 per cent at Rs 12.59 crore (Jun'25 Rs 9.51 crore).
