The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 138.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 67.69 per cent at Rs 21.85 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 67.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 75.95 per cent to Rs 16.06 crore from Rs 66.77 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 13.33 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 574.42 per cent to Rs 5.80 crore as against Rs 0.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1971.88 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 300.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.12 crore, while Taxation increased by 1575.00 per cent at Rs 1.77 crore (Jun'25 Rs -0.12 crore).
