We wish to inform you the the Company has received an order (Form GST-ASMT12) from office of the superintendent, Central Goods and Service Tax Range 5, Division-I ,Noida intimating that the office has dropped all the proceedings against the Company after being satisfied with the reply made by the Company without any further action required in the matter, in response to the Show Cause Notice dated May 25, 2026.\r\n\r\nThe details of same in the attached letter.
