Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will submit Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2011 on or before May 30, 2011 and hence the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2011 will not be submitted to the Exchange.
