Wockhardt Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has approved the Scheme of Arrangement under Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 in the nature of Demerger of Nutrition business of Vinton Healthcare Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company into Wockhardt Ltd. ('the Company') with effect from the Appointed Date i.e. January 01, 2011.

The certified copy of the said order is awaited.
