Sakthi Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has proposed to publish the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 on or before May 30, 2011 (within 60 days from the end of the financial year ended March 31, 2011). In view of this, the Company has proposed not to publish the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2011.
