This is to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 06 April, 2019 appointed Mr. RAVI MALI, as Additional Director under the category of Non-Executive Director of the Company as per Section 161(1), 149(6) and other applicable provisions (including any modification or re-enactment thereof), if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 16 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and also accepted the resignation of Mr. Safal Patel and Mr. Nixon Patel, from the Directorship of the Company.

Therefore pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (Regulation), the Company hereby disclose the material event as provided in the Schedule III of Listing Regulations.
