The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 14.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 31.04 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.16 per cent at Rs 123.63 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 112.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.37 per cent to Rs 91.74 crore from Rs 88.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 940.00 per cent at Rs 1.56 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 35.88 per cent to Rs 31.89 crore as against Rs 23.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 29.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.18 per cent at Rs 7.71 crore (Jun'19 Rs 5.50 crore).
