The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 41.26 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 35.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 17.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.89 per cent at Rs 193.25 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 165.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.39 per cent to Rs 149.45 crore from Rs 128.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.40 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.64 per cent to Rs 43.80 crore as against Rs 37.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.22 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 14.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.98 crore, while Taxation increased by 38.10 per cent at Rs 0.29 crore (Jun'19 Rs 0.21 crore).
