The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 56.98 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 99.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 59.74 per cent at Rs 257.53 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 639.70 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 54.20 per cent to Rs 248.12 crore from Rs 541.78 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 9.55 per cent at Rs 9.76 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 10.79 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 90.39 per cent to Rs 9.41 crore as against Rs 97.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 76.16 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 18.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.41 crore, while Taxation decreased by 99.38 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Jun'19 Rs 30.50 crore).
