The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.08 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.42 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.23 per cent at Rs 2.94 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 4.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 35.28 per cent to Rs 2.55 crore from Rs 3.94 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.02 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 254.55 per cent to Rs 0.39 crore as against Rs 0.11 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 405.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 82.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs -0.01 crore (Jun'19 Rs 0.00 crore).
