The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.12 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 as compared to Rs 2.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 95.06 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.42 per cent at Rs 41.31 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 59.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 29.85 per cent to Rs 39.71 crore from Rs 56.61 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 89.01 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore versus (Jun'19 Rs 1.91 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 41.67 per cent to Rs 1.61 crore as against Rs 2.76 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 16.16 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 31.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.84 crore, while Taxation decreased by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Jun'19 Rs 0.10 crore).
