Pursuant to Regulation 50(2) and other applicable regulation of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Board meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 17, 2020 inter-alia to include raising of fund through new non-convertible debt securities for an amount not exceeding INR 10 crores by way of private placement. The above NCDs are proposed to be listed on wholesale Debt market segment of BSE on a future date.
