The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.98 crore compared to net loss of Rs 2.94 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 22.48 per cent at Rs 14.38 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.85 per cent to Rs 13.93 crore from Rs 21.38 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1825.00 per cent at Rs 0.77 crore versus (Mar'19 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 115.85 per cent to Rs 0.45 crore as against Rs -2.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 120.41 per cent in March quarter.
