Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (i) the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020; and
(ii) a proposal for Public Issue of Non-convertible Debentures for an amount not exceeding Rs. 500 crores to be made in one or more tranches.
