Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd. has announced public offering of 9523346 shares at a price of Rs 5.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 310.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 29,998.54 lakhs.

The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 21 December 2020 and is expected to close on 23 December 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 313.00-315.00 per share.

The IPO includes a fresh Issue of 9523346 Equity Shares of the Company at an price of Rs 315.00 per Equity Share. The company has fixed the minimum bid lot for the issue at 47 shares with bids in multiples of 47.

Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd. anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for Partfinancing for PCMC WTE Project through investment in the Subsidiaries, AG Enviro and/or ALESPL; Reduction of the consolidated borrowings of the Company and Subsidiaries by infusing debt in the Subsidiary AG Enviro for repayment / prepayment of portion of their outstanding indebtedness; and General corporate purposes (collectively, referred to herein as the “Objects).
