In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 13.02.2021 approved the appointment of Mrs. Ritika Bhandari as a Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the company w.e.f. 19th April 2021.

Further pursuant to the Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Mrs. Ritika Bhandari will also be the Compliance Officer of the company w.e.f. w.e.f. 19th April 2021.
