Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will remain closed from Thursday, July 21, 2022 to Thursday, July 28, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.
