Corporate advisory and investment firm Centrum Capital on Thursday said the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on August 29, 2013, inter alia, has not recommended any dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended June 30, 2013.

Meanwhile, the company has report a net profit of Rs.6.19 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 against Rs.10.35 crores for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
