The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.44 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 11.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.26 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.92 per cent at Rs 79.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 75.79 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.19 per cent to Rs 70.05 crore from Rs 71.62 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 21.66 per cent at Rs 1.23 crore versus (Jun'22 Rs 1.57 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 127.64 per cent to Rs 9.47 crore as against Rs 4.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 116.94 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 82.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.32 crore, while Taxation decreased by 65.14 per cent at Rs 1.37 crore (Jun'22 Rs 3.93 crore).
