Board of Directors of the LTIDPL IndvIT Services Limited, the Investment Manager ('IM') of the IndInfravit Trust ('the Trust\) at its meeting held on August 24, 2023 approved the following matters:\r\n1. change of the name of the Trust from 'IndInfravit Trust' to 'Interise Trust', subject to approval of unitholders.\r\n2. Subject to the receipt of requisite approvals/consents, to change the name of the IM from 'LTIDPL IndvIT Services Limited' to such name as may be made available by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).\r\n3. Subject to the receipt of requisite approvals/consents, to change the name of the IndInfravit Project Managers Private Limited ('IPMPL'), to such name as may be made available by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
