The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 2.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.99 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.33 per cent at Rs 41.59 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 46.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.11 per cent to Rs 37.71 crore from Rs 43.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.95 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore versus (Sep'22 Rs 1.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 30.20 per cent to Rs 3.88 crore as against Rs 2.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 45.10 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 12.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 31.58 per cent at Rs 1.00 crore (Sep'22 Rs 0.76 crore).
