Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Reg 2015, we wish to inform you that, upon obtaining approval from its shareholders vide Postal Ballot concluded on 30 Sep 2023, the Company has completed the acquisition of New Cyberabad City Projects Private Limited from PVP Ventures Limited.
