The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.11 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 60.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.33 per cent at Rs 5.80 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 7.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 22.88 per cent to Rs 4.72 crore from Rs 6.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore versus (Sep'22 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 7.76 per cent to Rs 1.07 crore as against Rs 1.16 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.05 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.57 crore, while Taxation increased by 72.73 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Sep'22 Rs 0.11 crore).
