The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.34 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 67.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 37.29 per cent at Rs 54.01 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 45.85 per cent to Rs 51.44 crore from Rs 35.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.60 crore versus (Sep'22 Rs 0.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 36.86 per cent to Rs 2.57 crore as against Rs 4.07 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 54.01 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 32.39 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.94 crore, while Taxation decreased by 85.25 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Sep'22 Rs 1.22 crore).
