The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Friday, the 10th day of November, 2023 have inter-alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September 2023, along with the Cash Flow Statement and the Statement of Assets & Liabilities of the Company, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, along with the Limited Review Report thereon. These results have been duly reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Company.
