The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.67 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 3.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 82.60 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 88.21 per cent at Rs 8.32 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.57 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 87.48 per cent to Rs 8.30 crore from Rs 66.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 22.73 per cent at Rs 1.08 crore versus (Sep'22 Rs 0.88 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 99.53 per cent to Rs 0.02 crore as against Rs 4.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 95.86 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.20 crore, while Taxation decreased by 81.40 per cent at Rs 0.24 crore (Sep'22 Rs 1.29 crore).
