Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the admission to dealings in securities of the company Thiru Arooran Sugars Limited shall be withdrawn (delisted) w.e.f. November 20, 2023 pursuant to Order dated May 02, 2022 by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, in accordance with the scheme of Compromise and Arrangement under Section 230 (1) and Section 66 of Companies Act, 2013 together read with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, NCLT rules 2016 and Regulation 3(2)(b)(i) of the SEBI (Delisting) Regulations, 2021.
