The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.16 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 20.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.78 per cent at Rs 22.70 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 18.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.09 per cent to Rs 22.71 crore from Rs 18.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 228.57 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Sep'22 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 100.00 per cent to Rs 0.00 crore as against Rs 0.19 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.96 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Sep'22 Rs 0.05 crore).
