The BOD in their meeting held on 6th November, 2023, inter alia considered and approved the following:\r\n\r\n1. Approved the Un-audited Standalone and consolidated financial results together with Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter and Half year ended 30th September, 2023, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg , 2015.\r\n\r\n2. Any mother matter with the permission of the chair.\r\n\r\nThe meeting commenced at 6:00 pm and concluded at 8:00 pm.\r\n
