In reference to the Voluntary Delisting of the Equity Shares of Scooters India Limited from BSE Limited in terms of the provisions of Regulation 35 in the chapter VI (Part A) of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) regulations, 2021 (Special Provisions for Small Companies), we wish to inform that the dispatch of Letter of Offer, offer cum acceptance form and Share Transfer form has been completed on December 21, 2023 to all the Public shareholders through email whose email id are registered with the Company/RTA and through the Registered post to the remaining shareholders.
