The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.19 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 2.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.68 per cent at Rs 50.45 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 55.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.07 per cent to Rs 45.36 crore from Rs 52.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.10 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.04 per cent to Rs 5.08 crore as against Rs 3.68 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 53.19 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 7.59 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 69.84 per cent at Rs 1.07 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.63 crore).
