The Company is in receipt of the initial public announcement dt. 19/01/2024 by Monarch Networth Capital Ltd., manager to the offer, for and on behalf of, Mr. Sandeep Shah (\Acquirer 1\ or \Promoter\) and Sanrina Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (\Acquirer 2\ or \Promoter Group\) in accordance with Reg. 8 of the Delisting Regulation expressing acquirer's intention to : (a) acquire all equity shares of the Company that are held by public shareholders (as defined under the Delisting Reg.) either individually or collectively, as the case may be; and (b) consequently voluntarily Delist the equity shares from the BSE Ltd., by making Delisting offer in accordance with the Delisting Reg.
