EPIC ENERGY LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2023. \r\nFurther, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from January 1, 2024 until the expiry of 48 hours from the said financial results being made public.
