Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 company has appointed Mrs. Nidhi Parashar as the Chief Financial Officer (KMP) of the company vide its meeting held today i.e, 29th January, 2024 w.e.f, 01st February, 2024.
