This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e.\r\nMonday, January 29, 2024 at the registered office, had considered and approved\r\nthe following matters:\r\nTook on record the resignation letter dated January 29, 2024 received from Ms. Monam Kapoor\r\n(DIN: 09278005), from the post of Non-Executive-Independent Director of the Company w.e.f.\r\nJanuary 29, 2024. Further, the resignation letter as received from her is enclosed for your\r\nreference herewith as Annexure -II.\r\nThe detail required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule 111 - Para A(7B) of Part A and\r\nSEBI Circulars issued in this regard, are given in Annexure -I.\r\n2.
