The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.74 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 111.43 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 51.90 per cent at Rs 19.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 40.19 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 51.49 per cent to Rs 19.54 crore from Rs 40.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 69.44 per cent at Rs 1.22 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.72 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 133.33 per cent to Rs -0.21 crore as against Rs -0.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 378.26 per cent in December quarter.
