NPR FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Approval of Unaudited Financial Results alongwith Segment Wise Revenue Results and Capital Employed for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2023, on the basis of Limited Review conducted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company alongwith noting of the Authentication Certificate issued by the Managing Director & CFO in terms of the Regulation 33(2)(a) of the SEBI(Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
