The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.95 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 1.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 79.88 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 29.82 per cent at Rs 167.93 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 129.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 31.90 per cent to Rs 157.54 crore from Rs 119.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 147.62 per cent at Rs 0.52 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 4.73 per cent to Rs 10.40 crore as against Rs 9.93 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.40 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 17.77 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.86 crore, while Taxation increased by 47.62 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.63 crore).
