Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors have approved\r\nthe Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine\r\nmonth ended 31st December, 2023 (Copy of results enclosed herewith as Annexure-1).\r\n\r\n2.
