Pursuant to the Open Offer made by Oasis Securities Limited, under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, the company has made an application with RBI for proposed change in control pursuant to RBI circulated dated 09.07.2015\r\nIn this regard, we have to inform you that RBI vide email dated 30.11.2023 had advised the company to file the application afresh, pursuant to which we had submitted the required documents.\r\nThis is to further submit that RBI vide its email dated 31.01.2024, has advised the company to submit the application afresh.\r\nThis is only for updation purpose.
