With reference to the corporate announcement submitted on July 10, 2023 of resignation of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and your email dated January 31, 2024 regarding additional disclosures of the given matter, we hereby submit that due to receipt of resignation letter from the Company Secretary after the closure of business hours of the Company on July 08, 2023 and the following day being a non- working day, i.e. Sunday, the Company was unable to intimate the same to the Stock Exchange within 24 hours from the occurrence of event. \r\n\r\n
