The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.38 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 2.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 75.90 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 36.71 per cent at Rs 95.62 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 151.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 38.86 per cent to Rs 88.20 crore from Rs 144.27 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 10500.00 per cent at Rs 1.06 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 8.80 per cent to Rs 7.42 crore as against Rs 6.82 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 72.06 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 23.40 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.08 crore, while Taxation decreased by 11.35 per cent at Rs 1.25 crore (Dec'22 Rs 1.41 crore).
