Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 03rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023 along with Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company. \r\n\r\n2. The undertaking of non-applicability of Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith.\r\n
