The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.43 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.28 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 53.57 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 35.42 per cent at Rs 46.34 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 34.22 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.20 per cent to Rs 44.97 crore from Rs 32.54 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 77.78 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 17.96 per cent to Rs 1.37 crore as against Rs 1.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 39.67 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 21.21 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.78 crore
