The board has considered and approved the proposal for voluntary delisting of equity shares of the company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) with the permission of the chairman of the meeting, subject to necessary approvals as required for this purpose without giving exit opportunity to the shareholders, as the equity shares of the company will continue to remain listed on BSE Limited(stock exchange)
