This is in continuation of the Disclosure made dated 29th January, 2024 under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that Mr. Sadanand Zutti, on attaining the age of 60 years, has retired with effect from 29.01.2024 and Mrs. Supriya Shastry has been appointed with effect from 29.01.2024 as the new CFO.
